These terms cover your use of the Staff Buddy website and product. Staff Buddy is in pre-launch, so they are intentionally simple. By using the site or signing up for early access, you agree to what follows.

1. Who we are

“Staff Buddy” (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides software for event staffing agencies. “You” means the person or organisation using the website or the product. If anything here is unclear, email hi@staffbuddy.io.

Staff Buddy is currently in development and offered on a pre-launch basis. Features may change, pause, or be removed as we build, and the product is provided for evaluation. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes to early participants where we can.

When you book a call or contact us, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to share them. We will use those details as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Staff Buddy name, logo, website, and product — including text, design, and software — belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not use our branding without written permission.

6. No warranty

The site and product are provided “as is” and “as available” during pre-launch, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or product, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the site or product at any time during pre-launch, including if you breach these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
